China
The scholarship program is implemented in accordance with the "Agreement on cooperation in the field of education between the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China". The program provides citizens of both countries with the opportunity to study the desired specialty in universities of the other country on the basis of student exchange.
Romania
In accordance with the cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Education and Research of Romania, financial support is allocated for the period of study of exchange students at the university, as well as for the payment of internship and research after the completion of the study program.
Tajikistan
According to the protocol on cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of education, an exchange of four students per year is planned. Financial support covers scholarship payments, tuition fees, health insurance and living expenses.
Kazakhstan
According to the agreement between the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on cooperation in the field of education, every year 10 students participate in the exchange program between the countries. Funding covers: accommodation and medical expenses, transportation costs.
